A monitoring inspection was conducted to verify correction of items cited on the 4/10/2025 compliance inspection. Both previously cited items were found corrected at the time of this visit.
A complaint investigation was conducted regarding an allegation of inadequate staff-to-child supervision ratios in the toddler classroom.
