Every facility licensed by the Arizona Department of Health Services appears on WrenSong, regardless of whether it has any relationship with us. No home can pay to appear, and no home can pay to disappear. If a license is active, you can find it here.
Your name, your contact details, your search history, and your family's situation belong to you. We will never sell them to a facility, a referral service, an insurer, a data broker, or anyone else, at any price, under any circumstance. When you contact a facility through WrenSong, only that facility receives your message, and only because you sent it.
No facility can pay to rank higher in your search results. No facility can pay to hide an inspection record. No facility can pay to appear safer or more available than it is. The order in which homes appear reflects your search criteria and verified data, nothing else.
We label the source and confidence level of every piece of information on WrenSong. Operator-confirmed amenities are marked as such. Scraped data is marked as unverified. Inspection records are sourced to AZDHS. If a home has not yet provided information, we say so, rather than leaving a blank that looks like a clean record.
We earn nothing when a family chooses a facility. No commission, no placement fee, no referral payment, no finder's fee of any kind. If a facility you found on WrenSong turns out to be the right home, we are glad, and we made nothing from it, and that is exactly how it should be.
WrenSong Watch subscribers receive real-time alerts when anything changes at a tracked home: new inspections, new deficiencies, enforcement actions, license changes, ownership transfers. We believe the accountability relationship between a family and a facility does not end at move-in, and we will build tools that reflect that.
Fair representation, and an honest path to earn standing — never one you can buy.
Every licensed home on WrenSong receives the same honest presentation of its public record. We will not editorialize, dramatize, or exaggerate inspection findings. We will not suppress your record because a competitor pays more. We will not inflate your record because you pay us anything.
The only way to appear more prominently in family searches is to serve families better: claim your listing, confirm your amenities, maintain your inspection record, and keep your availability current. No payment substitutes for that.
Pro and Portfolio subscribers receive anonymized, aggregate data on what families in their market are searching for, so they can align what they offer with what families need. We will never share individual family search behavior or contact information with operators.
When AZDHS posts new inspection activity on your home, you will know. When your license status changes, you will know. We believe operators who are informed can respond, and response is better for residents.
The WrenSong Trusted and Golden Nest badges are awarded on inspection results and verified Trust Visit findings. A subscription pays for the visit. The visit's outcome determines the badge. No subscription level, at any price, guarantees a badge or prevents a failed visit from being recorded accurately.
Commitments only hold if someone keeps them under pressure. These keep us honest.
The review date appears on this page. If we miss a review, that is itself a signal worth noting. We will publish what we examined and confirm that nothing has changed, or we will explain publicly what changed and why.
Revenue matters because a company that cannot sustain itself serves no one. We are committed to building sustainable revenue exclusively through sources that align with this mission: operator tools, family vigilance subscriptions, professional services, and market intelligence about facilities, never about people. If we are ever tempted by a revenue source that conflicts with these commitments, we will decline it, and if we are not sure, we will ask our advisory board before we decide.
Our advisory board includes people with standing to tell us we have drifted, and a mandate to do so. We will listen.
