Accessibility at WrenSong

Care decisions are hard enough. The tools shouldn't add to the difficulty.

Our commitment

WrenSong is built to be usable by everyone, including people who navigate by keyboard, use a screen reader, or rely on other assistive technology. We aim for our website and app to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing responsibility, not a one-time checklist.

We have not yet completed a full, independent accessibility audit against that standard. This page describes our intent and gives you a direct way to reach us — it is not a certification of conformance.

What that looks like in practice

  • Pages and screens are structured with real headings, labels, and landmarks so assistive technology can navigate them, not just sighted users.
  • Interactive elements — search filters, forms, buttons, the account menu — are operable by keyboard, not just by mouse or touch.
  • Color is not the only way information is conveyed (for example, the Trusted badge pairs an icon and label, not just a color change on the map pin).
  • Text and background colors are chosen for reasonable contrast, and layouts are built to reflow and remain usable at larger text sizes.

If something isn't working for you

If you encounter a barrier using WrenSong with a screen reader, keyboard navigation, voice control, or any other assistive technology, please tell us — you're helping us find something a checklist might not. Email support@wren-song.com with the page or screen you were on, the browser or device and assistive technology you were using, and what happened. We will investigate and respond directly.

Third-party content

Some information on WrenSong — such as facility-provided photos, descriptions, or linked state licensing records — originates outside WrenSong and may not fully meet the same standard. We review what we can and will work with operators to improve it where we're able.
